Jealous of his older brothers’ ability to grow beards, Ron seeks help from his magically accomplished friend Nimue Allen. Surely she can concoct a hair growth potion that’ll give him the beard he’s always wanted? Unfortunately the potion is a little too effective, and Ron’s left not just with a big bushy ginger beard, but hair all over his body! It’s clear to potions master Seani Love that the young witch and wizard have been breaking the school’s strict rules against abusing magic.
Nimue and Ron are marched to the professor’s office for a telling-off, where Nimue – barely able to contain her giggles – confesses that she stole potion ingredients from his magical ingredients store. Both students receive a hand spanking over the desk, baring their bottoms for a strict school spanking that’ll make them think twice before breaking the rules again.

My preference is really only for the scenes which include a woman suffering the indignity of corporal punishment, so I mostly watched the first part of the movie.
I did like the way the professor was enjoying exercising his power to make his students bare their bottoms and bend over for their punishment, without going so far as to seem really evil.
