Cancellation Policy

If you purchased a non-recurring membership, your subscription will automatically expire at the end of your subscription and you won’t be rebilled.

If you’re on a recurring membership, your confirmation email will contain the CCBill link to cancel your membership. Alternatively, you can contact CCBill’s Consumer Support department https://support.ccbill.com/ who will assist you with the cancellation.

Appeals Policy

Dreams of Spanking takes consent seriously and any submitted appeals will be responded to as a priority. If you are depicted in content featured on this site and wish to appeal to have the content removed, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include in your email and links or information about  the content in question,  and any details which might be useful in helping us to identify the issue and resolve it quickly. We will then review the content in question along with our compliance paperwork, and remove content should the outcome of the investigation determine that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. If you are unhappy  with the outcome of the investigation, we can appoint a neutral body to confidentially review the appeal and related evidence and support or repeal the outcome.
