It’s been a while since we last checked in with Miss Flynn, but she’s as busy as ever. Her latest project is the recently-appointed Mr. Boyden, the school’s new tennis coach who is still adjusting to life under Miss Havering’s watchful eye. Keen to help him settle in, she invites him round for a glass of brandy – which becomes two, then three, and as the decanter dwindles so too does her reticence to ask him for what she really wants.
