After her shocking behaviour at the trade show (and the thoroughly humiliating punishment that followed it) we’d all hoped that Matilda had seen the error of her ways. Sadly she’s shown very little improvement: mislaid paperwork, wasted time and inappropriate behaviour seem to be what passes for a work ethic at her desk.
